Services and Approach

Counselling and trauma therapy are offered for individuals and whānau, alongside clinical supervision for social workers. Support is available for concerns including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship or whānau difficulties, grief, burnout, and the impacts of trauma.

Trauma-informed support for sensitive claims is also available, with respectful, private care that moves at a pace that feels right, recognising the ongoing effects trauma can have over time.

Approches to Healing

I integrate a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches to support emotional wellbeing, healing, and meaningful personal growth. This may include CBT, DBT-informed emotional regulation skills, trauma-informed coaching, talk therapy, strengths-based and holistic practice, Brainspotting, Family Systems Therapy, and Indian Head Massage as a complementary wellbeing support
